IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO BEGIN WITH ANY ASPECT OF YOGA
Based on many years of experience in both online teaching and learning, we believe that the most effective format is live classes where there is real presence, guidance, and a shared rhythm of practice.
We are available for the online yoga sessions via the Zoom application, offering regular asana practice, as well other elements of yoga that are practiced less frequently yet carry profound transformative power, like pranayama, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Surya Namaskar.
Yoga Nidra
The body and nervous system enter a state of rest and regeneration, while consciousness remains awake. Yogic sleep can help to release repressed emotions and tensions almost imperceptibly, supporting a sense of connection with oneself.
Breathwork classes
For all levels including beginners. You will learn to breathe correctly, with more ease and control. Experienced yogis will refresh their awareness of breathing patterns on and off the mat. An ideal preparation for pranayama which has deeper effects.
Pranayama
The ancient science of controlling energy through the breath. It contributes to calming the nervous system, increasing energy, focus and vitality. It has significant therapeutic effects and is recommended to be practiced only under the guidance of an experienced yoga teacher.
Surya Namaskar
A complete, dynamic yoga practice that we will practice live, as support for consistency, strength, and discipline.
Meditation
From simple techniques like observing the breath to deeper concentration directed toward inner light and heart. A universal siddha mantra meditation can calm the turbulent waves of the conscious and subconscious minds and help attain the indescribable peace and bliss of the higher mind.
Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy yoga provides gentle support for the body and mind during one of life's most special times. Through carefully guided postures, visualizations, mindful breathing, and birth breathing, the pregnant woman develops a sense of stability, connection, and trust.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is addressing the root of the symptoms and not just the visible effects. Physical, psychological, and spiritual wellness are viewed as inseparable, and a variety of therapeutic yoga tools is used to help people heal on all of these levels.
These are some of the health issues for which you can ask us for a first consultation with a yoga therapy plan: chronic stress, respiratory diseases, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, hypertension and high blood pressure, menstrual problems, infertility, menopause, asthma, arthritis, osteoporosis, insomnia, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, psychosomatic diseases, digestive problems, piles, eczema and back pain.
All programs are offered as private one-on-one sessions.
As each program is tailored to the individual, pricing can be agreed upon according to your specific needs and goals. We do our best to keep prices reasonable and accessible.
