Ideal for beginners and intermediate students

In a private class, through verbal and hands-on adjustments, I am guiding you towards an intelligent practice and credible improvement of yogic postures, breath and art of relaxation.

The individual sessions might be an excellent choice if you are a complete beginner, but also if you have already had some experience in yoga.

My aim is to advise and show you how to:

  • get safely in and out of the postures or asanas;
  • hold the asanas within the zone of both comfort and challenge for the optimal number of breaths to increase your vital energy and ameliorate the work of glands and their subtle counterparts known as cakras;
  • develop a well rounded sequence of asanas for your self practice.

I am also teaching Rajadhiraja Yoga technique of universal meditation that anyone can easily learn.
